Josh, a service dog trained to help with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, licks the hand of Natasha Young-Alicea, a Marine Corp Veteran, after she returned from working at the Vet Center with a migraine. Josh was named after a fallen Navy SEAL and helps Natasha to cope with life.
