MPD SWAT attempted to talk a barricaded subject out of a house. The suspect was making threats to Fire, EMS and Police and mentioned he had several weapons and chemicals. MPD deployed tear gas in the window and the suspect quickly jumped out the window on to the bearcat where he was taken in to custody.
