At a meeting on Oct. 15, 2019, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Boston Press Photographers Association decided to release the following statement:

“The Boston Press Photographers Association stands with the National Press Photographers Association, the White House News Photographers Association, and the White House Correspondents Association in condemning the video depicting President Trump murdering journalists which was reportedly shown at the Trump National Doral Miami to Trump campaign supporters this weekend.

If any New England news photographers are subjected to threats of violence or other harassment in the course of their jobs, please let the BPPA know at info@bppa.net.”
